Joe Campeau Senior Pastor
Joe has been at this church for twenty years, which is as surprising to him as it is to anyone. But, he figures when he finds a great family of which to be a part, it would just be dumb to move. Joe grew up in Minnesota but does not miss the snow. Before coming to CLC he served churches in Montana, Washington State, Massachusetts, and Orange County. Joe loves his wife; has published a book; and enjoys reading, travel, and spending as much time as possible with his three grown children, their spouses, and his grandchildren. He also loves to laugh, thinks joy is one of God’s best gifts (which is why he wrote a book about it), and is convinced that there is nothing quite as adventuresome as following Jesus.

Linda handles the front desk as well as keeping our facilities open and things running smoothly. She is the one to talk to if you have questions about what's going on or if you want to schedule an event on the campus.
Teri Gaudioso Business Manager
Teri has been attending CLC for over 20 years, and working for CLC since 2008. Her favorite pastime is playing board games with her family; husband Gary, son Matthew, and daughters Alyssa and Lindsey. They’re a competitive group, which keeps Teri sharp! She is happy to answer any questions you may have about the church organization as well as assist you with any and all questions relating to your donations.
Steven Neaton Youth Director
Steven was born and raised in Macomb, Michigan. His interest in youth ministry was sparked by my camp ministry experiences in high school and college. In his spare time he enjoys reading, playing my guitar, and furiously rooting for the Michigan State Spartans, his alma mater. He loves being a youth director because it gives him an excuse to still act like a kid.
Esther Siegen Children's Ministries Director
Esther’s love for the Lord grows each day as she leads our Children’s Ministry. Being able to serve the Lord and apply her knowledge of early childhood education is truly a blessing. Esther is a proud CSUN graduate, not only holding a BA and MA from the university, but also spending time as a professor. In addition to her role at CLC, she has a full time job taking care of two School age children and her husband.
Art Miller Worship and Music Director
Art has been attending CLC since 2013 and loves serving the Lord in his position as Worship & Music Director. He thrives on incorporating creative repertoire into services, while still honoring the Lutheran liturgy. Art is a proud graduate of Carnegie Mellon University (B.F.A.) and Manhattan School of Music (M.M.). When not directing the worship services, Art enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is also a full time Theater Arts teacher in Valencia. If you ever want to join choir, drama ministry, play an instrument, or be a part of the worship band, Art would love to have coffee with you and chat!
Robin Hyland Congregational Connections Coordinator
Robin has been on staff since 2008. She is a mom of two girls and lives in Valencia with her husband, Phil. Her greatest joy comes from singing praises to the Lord and sharing her love of Jesus with whoever will listen. Her favorite hobby is carpooling. Besides administering new member classes, Robin loves to help congregation members connect with small groups, ministries, outreach projects, and Bible studies that suit their particular gifts and needs.
Candice Ray Missions and Outreach Director
Judy Barnes Communications and Media Director
Judy has been a member of CLC since 2000 and on staff since 2004. In addition to her job communicating information to the congregation (bulletins, newsletters, website...) she enjoys creating the graphics shown on the screen for worship. She loves helping members of the congregation who have creative abilities use their talents to find innovative ways to spread God's love.
Roger Greene Organist
Roger brings his talents to our 8:00 and 9:30 services every week. He is also responsible for the beautiful instrumental music we enjoy every Christmas Eve. Roger plays several instruments and has played for special occasions. Roger is eager to recruit other instrumentalists from the congregation to share their talents during worship.
